Before a pixel, before a line of code — scissors. On the speed and honesty of the cheapest material in the studio.
Every project at Capsul starts on a table covered in paper. Not because we are nostalgic, but because paper is the fastest way we know to be wrong.
Fast, cheap, honest
A paper prototype costs nothing and lies about nothing. When a screen flow doesn't work on paper, it won't work in code. When a sign can't be read from across the room, you see it immediately.
- It invites everyone to the table — no software skills required.
- It is impossible to mistake for a finished thing.
- It keeps the conversation on ideas, not polish.
The best prototype is the one you're not afraid to throw away.
From paper to pixels
Once an idea survives the table, we move it into code as quickly as possible — and keep the paper on the wall as a reminder of where it started.
