Challenge
Banking apps compete on speed and features. Tally needed to compete on trust.
Approach
A “where your money goes” view at the heart of the app, member voting built into the experience, and a design system with no dark patterns.

Member interviews, co-design sessions and a beta with real-time usability testing.
Outcome
